Allstate HOA Management is hands down the best company we’ve partnered with here in Orange County. They respond quickly, communicate clearly, and are always professional and easy to work with. David, Jeff, and Ben have all gone above and beyond for our community, and you can tell they really care about our building and our homeowners. I want to highlight the level of care and attention our community has received since switching to Allstate HOA Management. The difference has been noticeable, and a lot of that comes down to the quality of their team. Samantha in accounting has been incredibly helpful and responsive, and David Bar, the owner, is clearly hands-on and takes pride in running a professional operation. Our new HOA management, Allstate HOA Management, has been absolutely fantastic to work with. Their communication is clear and timely, issues are handled quickly, and there’s already a noticeable improvement in how our community looks and operates. Maintenance is more organized, follow‑through actually happens, and both board members and homeowners are kept in the loop instead of being left guessing. I also want to recognize the excellent customer service I’ve received from Matthew Aldana and David Bar. I called on Monday, April 10th with questions about monthly HOA fee debits, and they patiently listened, walked through my concerns, and corrected everything on the first try. I really appreciate that the owner, David Bar, is always accessible and willing to jump in when needed — it’s rare to have an owner that hands‑on and available to homeowners. Overall, we’re extremely happy with the change in management and feel much more confident about how our HOA is being handled.
