All Phase Electric has always provided quality service, from customer service on the phone to our talented and professional technicians. Our Initial experience for our quote and installation plan with Dion to the technicians who installed our generator to our yearly service providers have always been pleasant, on time and very professional. The last two yearly maintenance inspections and tune-ups have been provided by Humberto. Humberto is an enjoyable, friendly and very knowledgeable technician. I enjoy the visit and am always ensured that his work is proper and completed smoothly. I feel very confident in their work and especially with their employees.
Five stars! Chris did an excellent job with the installation. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to fully explain the turn on and turn off process, along with the regular startup procedures. He made everything easy to understand and ensured I was comfortable operating the system before leaving. Great service and highly recommend.
I appreciate the service All Phase Electric provides. Their team is professional, kind and responsive. Humberto came out and serviced our generator today and was very thorough and explained all the steps and what to expect throughout the process.
JT was our service technician and definitely deserves a 5 star rating. He performed the annual maintenance on our Generac and also helped us set up the App on my IPhone in order to monitor this generator when we are out of town. His knowledge of the system and patience with two senior citizens was very impressive. Allphase Electric is fortunate to have him as an employee!

Kitty the project manager will schedule pull it all together , keeping you well informed and always pleasant to talk to . The team she sends out amazing . I wish I remembered all their names . Chauncey and Chris , these are the men you want for the job . They are hard workers , professional, and dedicated . They take pride in their work and their company . They were very respectful to me and my home . Any concerns I had Chauncey , reassured me and went over everything until I was comfortable. He knows what he is doing . I couldn’t have asked for a better team and service .
