I had a great experience with Action Cooling for air conditioning service at my rental property. Dave was the technician, and he truly went above and beyond. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain my options clearly so I could make the best decision. I really appreciated his honesty, patience, and expertise. I felt that I could trust his recommendations, and he made the entire process much easier. I would definitely recommend Dave and Action Cooling to anyone needing reliable and professional AC service.
My neighbor recommended this company for A/C maintenance and they are excellent! Steve the tech, and Jamie in the office, are extremely knowledgeable, professional, prompt and kind. The price point is great. I am very happy with Action Cooling.
Every time actions guys showed up to do a routine maintenance, they always told us we needed hundreds of dollars worth of equipment and work! Even though our unit was only about three years old. And they did the new installation then. So this passed check up we had, once again they said we needed to do more work to keep the unit running. So we told the guys that we would think about the work. My wife and I then called another company, and did not tell them any of the stuff that the other company suggested we have done we just said could you please check our system and make sure everything‘s OK they checked the system and said everything looks fine. You have no issues. Don’t worry about it. You’re safe to run the equipment. We both felt like we were not handled correctly by Action. Every time they came, they suggested we needed to do further work to make it run correctly. We do not trust them so we will not use them again.
We have had this company for 3 years and bought a new AC from them. Last year when we were away, there was a noise with our air conditioner according to our neighbors so we called them. We had them come and check and they said they had to replace the capacitor. Even though it was under warranty, we had to pay &1200 for labor. This year two guys came and they did our maintenance. They wrote down four things that we should do and replace. They sat down with us and were very high pressure salesman. IMy husband and I just told them that we would wait and think about it. Then I found out they get paid by commission . Later we had a new company come and check it all out. The two men told us that everything was fine! This company is not trustworthy. Don’t make the mistake we did.
My husband and I highly recommend Action Cooling Inc. Any time we have an issue with our system, Dave M is here within a few hours. He is incredibly professional, honest and knowledgeable. He recently sent William out and he quickly identified the problem, explained our options clearly, and had our system up and running in no time.
