AC Pros made what felt like a disaster as easy as it could have possibly been. Thank you so much to Zach, Michelle, Andrew, and their team for being so understanding and QUICK!!! My condenser unit went out, and Michelle coordinated to have Zach / Andrew come out as soon as was possible for me. They provided several "tiers" of estimates, each with honest ifs, ands, and buts, so I knew I was making an informed choice. I ended up having the condenser unit and air handler both replaced. The techs who came out to do the installation were so polite and cleaned everything up behind them. Overall, I had a great experience, and it is such a relief to know there are still trustworthy and family-owned businesses in the area that will truly take care of you 🙂

We have been using AC Pros for our Air Conditioner maintenance for several years and would like to recommend them. They have been very informative during service calls and explain why they are doing certain tasks. Our AC unit is 8 years old and thanks to their service techs, I expect to get several more years,

I had a Freon problem. My original ac company veteran air told me to replace the part it would cost me 2,000 and then told me I needed a new compressor and the top of the line would cost me 30,000 for a 4 ton unit. Since I don’t work on emotion I called AC Pros for a second opinion and man I must say Michelle was a sweetheart so got me worked into the schedule right away she felt so bad with what had happened to me. Andrew came out he is also an amazing tech and quoted me for the job $460 plus for being a new customer a got 25% off. AC Pros is definitely my new AC company I will be using from now on! Thank you for helping the average working human beings out there. I will be telling all my friends and family and neighbors about the company!!

Nice people, but still a smaller company. They couldn't get is up and running before the weekend because they just didn't have the needed skilled labor. The repair was minor, but the cost for coolant was seriously marked up. I could have spent the money to get my EPA license and bought a 25lb tank of refrigerant for less than they wanted to fill up my compressor. I had to call another company who came out and fixed the leak same day and refilled the compressor for $1000 less then AC prose quoted. Honestly, in hindsight I'm glad we had to wait one day for the repairs as it saved us a grand. I get it your a business, but everyone knows refrigerant is marked up to cover for losses anywhere else. But $2000 for 8lbs of refrigerant??? A25lb tank is like $350 and an finding someone with an EPA license isn't too hard. And the constant requests to do a review for the last 3 weeks is pretty annoying. So, here is the review. In a nutshell nice people, but limited availability but refrigerant mark-up is excessive.
