A disturbing incident happened at this Pet Spa, where an older staff member, was seen hitting a peaceful dog in the face for no discernible reason. When questioned about his behavior the employee falsely claimed that the dog had bitten him. As a witnesses to the event, I can confidently attest that this was not the case.
Man restrained dog on the ground with his knee and then hit it. Unacceptable. If you care for your pets, do not bring them here! Hope police investigate!
Visiting Fort Myers, and on a whim selected this pet grooming business. Absolutely loved it! Owner was very personable and very accommodating do to some limitations that my dog had. Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed.🌸
